Will joined Insight in 2023. Prior to joining, he worked on the investment research team at Anthos Capital, a venture capital firm based in Los Angeles, where he focused primarily on SaaS. Before that, he spent time in the non-profit sector focusing on institutional ESG investments in emerging markets.
 
He graduated with honors from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Economy, concentrating in Globalization and Technology. While there, he conducted undergraduate research analyzing municipal economic policy and consulted for a variety of early-stage software startups through on-campus clubs.
 
Will is originally from Santa Monica, California. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the city with friends, off-the-beaten-path travel, watching the UFC, and cheering on his beloved Los Angeles Rams and Lakers.
