Will joined Insight in 2023. He previously worked at Bain & Company, where he performed due diligence on software startups for growth equity investors. Before that, he worked with the Entrepreneurs-in-Residence at the philanthropic venture Schmidt Futures and in product strategy at two early-stage software startups. 

Will graduated from Stanford University with a MS in Computer Science and a BS in Symbolic Systems, concentrating in Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence. He was a class president and a Mayfield Fellow at Stanford. 

In his free time, Will enjoys running, playing Settlers of Catan, and rating the almond croissants of New York City. He was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota.
