
Travis joined Insight in 2019 as an EVP on the Insight Onsite team. Travis partners with portfolio company CEOs and their leadership teams to build scalable and effective go-to-market strategies. Leveraging his more than 20 years of experience in sales, inside sales, and sales operations, Travis consults with portfolio companies to address challenges and opportunities that they face in scaling their organizations. Travis also engages in Sales Due Diligence reviews of potential portfolio investments.
Prior to joining Insight, Travis developed and led the sales operations and inside sales organization at York Risk Group, an insurance third party administrator. During his tenure at York Risk, they achieved record sales each year and redesigned their sales and go-to-market strategy. Recently York Risk Group was acquired by Sedgwick creating the largest global third party administrator.
Travis spent 6 years at ADP in sales operations roles. He led the sales operations and business consulting teams for ADP’s Global Enterprise Sales team which generated more than $300m annually. He also created an organization that optimized the territories and quotas for all of ADP’s 7000 sales reps. He managed the sales business intelligence team and predictive analytics team.
Earlier in his career, Travis held various leadership roles in sales operations and finance across Tyco Telecom, Avaya, and American Express.
Travis received a BS from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, and his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Travis is originally from New Jersey, but now resides in Milton, GA with his wife, son, and daughter.
