Sam Forman joined the investment team in 2023. He previously worked at Microsoft, where he helped revamp the feedback and debugging infrastructure across the organization. Prior to that, he was a Kleiner Perkins Fellow and software engineer for one of Insight's portfolio companies, Pathlight.
 
Sam graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan with a BS in Computer Science & Engineering. While at Michigan, he co-founded the V1 product studio which has launched multiple revenue generating start ups since inception. He also created an education app for universities that amassed tens of thousands of active users.

In his free time, Sam enjoys playing basketball, practicing Vipassana meditation, and relentlessly cheering on the Michigan Wolverines.
