Senior AssociateRoshni joined Insight in 2020. Prior to joining Insight, she gained consulting experience at Bain & Company. She also worked at growth equity firm Volition Capital, focusing on software and internet investments.
Roshni graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Government. There, she served as Vice President of Growth for Women in Business, as a Project Manager on the business staff of The Dartmouth newspaper, and as a Rockefeller Leadership Fellow.
Roshni is originally from Chicago, but has spent most of her life moving around the east and west coasts (most recently living in Los Angeles). Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and listening to a large variety of podcasts.
