Rajiv joined Insight in 2021 as part of the Diligence, Growth & Strategy team. In his role, Rajiv conducts and coordinates due diligence for Insight and its portfolio companies on new investments and M&A, and works to identify, prioritize, and execute value creation activities across our portfolio with the support of Onsite’s team of experienced software operators and experts.

Prior to Insight, Rajiv worked at McKinsey & Company on a wide variety of topics and industries across their offices in Johannesburg, Lagos, Toronto, and most recently New York.

A native of South Africa, Rajiv grew up in Cape Town, has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cape Town, and received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He currently lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his beloved dog Simba and wife Kristen.

Outside of work, Rajiv is an enthusiastic (but not skillful) player on Insight’s soccer team, and enjoys a good book or reality TV show as much as the next person.
