AssociateMilan Jain joined the investment team in 2021. Prior to Insight, he worked at the New York Federal Reserve on the COVID-19 research/statistics team, as well as Merrill Lynch in asset management. He also has prior experiences working with numerous startups, spanning across subsects in healthcare and blockchain provenance technology.
Milan studied at the University of Michigan, where he pursued a BBA/BS dual-degree in finance and informatics. On campus, he was involved in the poker club, intramural basketball, and co-managed the university’s endowment fund. Milan also directed the Michigan UIC, the largest undergraduate investment conference in North America, an honor for which he and his team rang the NYSE closing bell for in 2020.
Outside of work, Milan’s hobbies include practicing calligraphy, shooting hoops, playing Catan, and continually being let down by Cleveland sports teams. He is also working on a novel chronicling his experiences as a lucid dreamer.
