Kitty joined Insight in 2020. Previously, Kitty worked as an analyst at GCA Advisors, a technology-focused investment bank. Prior to that, Kitty spent time in tech at VMware and Carta, where she helped with business development. 
 
Kitty graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Finance and Business Analytics. During her time there, Kitty captained the Varsity Women's Soccer team, where she led the team to an Ivy League Championship in 2018 and finished her career as a 2-time First Team All-Ivy pick. 

In her free time, Kitty enjoys watching crime shows, trying new restaurants, hiking, and cheering on the Golden State Warriors.
