Jack Lancaster runs Deal Team Strategy & Operations at Insight Partners, where he oversees the investment team as they build connections with founders across the software industry. He is responsible for managing the training, tools, and processes, that ensure our investors are set up to succeed. In addition, he spends time with evaluating consumer investment prospects.

Prior to Insight, Jack worked at the consulting firm Bain & Company, where he worked with GTM teams, Private Equity firms, and on several high-profile mergers. Originally from Michigan, Jack received a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MFA in Creative Writing from Hunter College. Outside of Insight, Jack is an avid writer and reader and enjoys playing tennis and cooking.
