Hugues joined Insight Partners in 2021. Prior to joining Insight, Hugues was an Associate at McKinsey & Company in their New York office. His role involved advising public and private companies on strategic issues including growth, M&A and innovation. He worked across a variety of industries, including Consumer, Technology and Private Equity.

Hugues started his career in Investment Banking at Moelis & Company, where he worked across both M&A and Restructuring. He also spent time in StepStone Global's Private Equity team advising clients on primary commitments as well as assessing co-investment and secondary investment opportunities for StepStone's funds.

Originally from Paris, France, Hugues holds a BSc in Finance from Bocconi University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. In his spare time, Hugues is an avid tennis and soccer player, and loves spending time exploring New York City.
