Hailey joined Insight Partners in 2023. Prior to joining the Investment Team at Insight, she worked at iAngels, an early-stage VC firm in Tel Aviv.

Hailey graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. While at Penn, she was a Joseph Wharton Scholar and Co-President of TAMID, a consulting and investment club focused on the Israeli tech ecosystem.

In her free time, Hailey loves to bake, travel, and dance. Fun fact: she once was a background dancer in the Orange Bowl!
