Eric is a SVP on Insight Onsite’s Sales CoE. Eric started his career in Sales and quickly discovered his passion for Sales Operations and Go-To-Market planning. Most recently, Eric ran the Sales Operations and Proposal response teams at Conduent, improving annual sales growth from -25% in 2018/2019 to +35% growth in 2020/2021, as well as a 95% increase in seller productivity.
Prior to Conduent, Eric held roles in Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, Sales, and served as a Sales Effectiveness Consultant.
Outside of work, Eric’s primary activity is family time with TJ (5 yr old), Andrew (2 yr old), and Megan (wife). He can be found building Legos, teaching the kiddos to play sports, and creating new experiences that open their children's eyes to the beauty of the world.
