I joined Insight Partners in 2021 to focus on high-growth software businesses across SaaS, DevOps, and infrastructure. Previously, I worked as a seed investor at Primary Venture Partners and growth investor at B Capital Group. Across my investing career, I've been fortunate enough to invest at every stage of a company's growth, from pre-seed to pre-IPO, and it is clear that the team is always what matters most.

Before I became an investor, I worked in go-to-market roles at three B2B startups. My innate extroversion, empathy, and curious mind were a natural fit for customer-facing roles where I could truly understand their problems and come up with solutions for how to solve them.

My time working at two developer platforms (one of which was an Insight portfolio company!) taught me the importance of being creative and efficient — traits that were the embodiment of the best engineers. Working at a distributed open-source company showed me the power of community and how great ideas can come from anywhere. This inspired me to start a podcast show in grad school called 52 Founders to uncover the psychology behind entrepreneurship. Though each entrepreneur had a different story to tell, the common themes were perseverance and being unafraid of failure. 

Outside of work, I am typically planning my next big adventure around the world or immersing myself in fictional ones, whether reading a SciFi series or seeing the latest Marvel movie.
