Early in my career, I became fascinated with partnerships and the dynamics that result from companies joining forces to create a multiplier that would not be possible on their own. I quickly gravitated towards partner-related roles and gained experience in channel strategy, programs and operations in North America and EMEA. I was fortunate to have been recruited to SAP, where I joined the team that built and launched SAP Partner Edge, which is still in place today. I spent over ten years at SAP and took on challenging roles in Solutions Management and Global Ecosystems and Channels at a time when SAP made numerous acquisitions, launched SAP HANA, and began its move to the cloud. At that point, I developed a keen interest in emerging technologies and SaaS business models, and I decided to make a leap into the startup world. For the next several years, I held leadership positions at three different startups, devising partner strategies and driving outcomes in the field with the extended partner ecosystem worldwide. I joined Insight Partners to leverage my 20+ years of experience to help our portfolio companies accelerate their growth via ecosystems and channels. It is my privilege to advise the founders of some of the most innovative ScaleUp businesses today. Beyond work, I enjoy gardening and spending time with my family. My husband and I are blessed with two active sons who keep us busy and on our toes. One of them plays hockey, making me a “hockey mom.” There is never a dull moment in our household.
