Optimism is the foundation of my every day; it’s what I love. And thankfully, we are in the business of optimism here at Insight. Venture and growth investing, at its core, are about imagining a big, bright future for a business and then working each day to help founders and executives actualize that future. We combine our years of real-world data points, experience, connections, and empathy to get the best outcomes for everyone.

Since 2015, I’ve enjoyed partnering with companies along their ScaleUp journeys across every stage of growth, from a handful of employees to multiple offices to IPO and beyond. As a leader on our Onsite team, I’ve spent almost a decade building and delivering the best ScaleUp offerings for our portfolio to help them navigate each milestone.

My goal is to continually evolve and scale our team and capabilities to meet executives where they are and when they need us most — through amazing times and uncharted territory. I primarily focus on fintech and vertical software, predominantly within late-stage venture and majority transactions. I work closely with Drivewealth, NMI, Checkout.com, IAD International, Bynder, Payit, Community Brands, Corelogic, Chargebee, and many others.

I grew up in Berkeley, California, and studied Biomedical Engineering & Economics at Harvard, graduating with honors. Before Insight, I worked for Bain & Company, advising public and private companies on long-term product and go-to-market strategy definition, internal process redesign, and supply chain optimization. I also spent time at the Gates Foundation as part of their Discovery Strategy team, concentrating on early-stage technology investments. My career began as a chemical engineer at Procter & Gamble and has led me all the way to Insight as a Managing Director.

When I’m out of the office, my family and I spend most of our weekends gardening in our yard and exploring sandboxes throughout New York City. You can usually find me singing to myself on the street or cooking way too much food for dinner.
