Atul joined Insight Partners in 2024, where he primarily focuses on majority investments in both high-growth and mature software businesses. He is responsible for executing transactions and assisting in portfolio management post-close.

Prior to joining Insight, Atul worked at Morgan Stanley in their Global Technology Group, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets transactions.

Atul graduated with High Distinction with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, with a concentration in Finance.

Outside of the office, Atul enjoys scuba diving (Search and Rescue Certified), maintaining his 90-gallon saltwater aquarium, cheering on the Denver Nuggets and the Denver Broncos, and finding new restaurants to try in New York.
