One of my favorite things about my profession is figuring out someone’s “why” — where they come from, what drives them, and where they want to go. It’s a big reason why I love traveling — to learn how other people and cultures operate. 

To that end, I love meeting exceptional founders and uncovering the heart of their drive. Being a founder requires incredible resolve. Deep-rooted motivation and values are major drivers for the best founders to find success, and sharing in that journey is rewarding.

Since joining Insight in 2017, I’ve been largely focused on unsexy industries like banking, insurance, compliance, and payments — all application software and technology in massive end markets where archaic systems and regulation dominate. I fundamentally believe these dynamics create the greatest opportunity for disruption, making the work all the more exciting. 

Prior to Insight, I worked at Compound investing in early-stage technology companies and Balyasny Asset Management analyzing public technology, media, and telecommunications companies. 

I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Science, Technology, and Society and a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship.
