Adithya joined Insight in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Aikya Connect, a network for HNWIs spun off from the Dinesh Hinduja Family Office in India.

Adithya attended the University of Michigan, double majoring in Business and Computer Science Engineering. During his time at Michigan, he co-founded a fintech startup that received multiple grants from UM’s ZLI and was accepted into the Ann Arbor Spark Bootcamp Program. He also served as the President of StartUM Entrepreneurship and was a pitch leader for the Alternative Investments Club.

Adithya is originally from Troy, Michigan. Outside of work, you can find him exploring nature, working out, and shamelessly listening to country music.
