Shipium is a modern logistics platform built to help retailers and eCommerce brands streamline shipping, reduce delivery times, and compete with Amazon-level speed. As the company gained traction in new market segments and expanded its product offerings, it needed a clearer, more compelling narrative to accelerate go-to-market (GTM) execution and position itself for a successful Series B fundraise.

With a growing opportunity ahead, Shipium partnered with Insight Partners to refine its messaging, sharpen its positioning, and align its team on key market opportunities. The engagement focused on helping the company tell a bigger, bolder story that reflected its evolving value proposition and market potential:


- Market Analysis: Conducted a competitive messaging review and gathered input from Gartner analysts to clarify market trends and Shipium’s key differentiators.

- Stakeholder Discovery: Interviewed Shipium’s leadership and key customers to surface buyer insights and define Shipium’s most compelling value drivers.

- Messaging Workshop: Led an in-person session to align the team around priority segments, personas, core benefits, and unique differentiators.

- Refined Narrative: Delivered a new messaging framework, which Shipium quickly integrated into updated website copy, sales materials, and content strategy.

- Updated Messaging in Market: Shipium launched new website content and refreshed its messaging across key channels by the end of Q3.

- Record ARR Growth: The company hit its Q4 new ARR targets by October, achieving a 300%+ YoY increase in Q4 new ARR—a testament to the clarity and resonance of its new positioning.
