With increasing demand from healthcare institutions, LeanTaaS needed significant funding to expand its iQueue platform and scale its engineering, product, and go-to-market (GTM) teams. Launching a Robust Go-To-Market Strategy


Insight’s Onsite team collaborated with LeanTaaS to refine its GTM strategy. This included revamping the technology stack, improving reporting and forecasting capabilities, and transitioning sales responsibilities from the founders to a dedicated sales team. These initiatives enabled LeanTaaS to scale its GTM operations efficiently and focus on driving long-term growth.

To support its GTM strategy and retain top talent in the competitive West Coast market, Insight Partners facilitated the recruitment of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This addition to the executive team helped LeanTaaS align its marketing strategy with its growth objectives and strengthen its competitive position in the healthcare technology market.
