Building a World-Class Leadership Team
To address E2Open’s operational challenges, Insight’s Onsite team facilitated the recruitment of key executives, including a Chief Operating Officer (who later became CEO), Chief Technology Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Human Resources Lead, Professional Services Lead, and Marketing Lead. This world-class leadership team brought strategic vision and expertise, laying the foundation for E2Open’s long-term success.

Insight supported E2Open in executing 10 strategic acquisitions, enabling the company to expand its total addressable market and strengthen its competitive position. These acquisitions unified E2Open’s ability to serve end-to-end supply chain needs, transforming it into a market leader in supply chain software solutions.
Preparing for a Successful Public Listing
Insight Partners guided E2Open through the SPAC process, providing critical support in structuring the combination and preparing for its public debut. In February 2021, E2Open successfully transitioned to the public markets with its NYSE listing, achieving a $2.57 billion valuation.
