Divvy

Transforming Corporate Expense Tracking

Divvy is a secure financial platform for businesses to manage payments and subscriptions, build strategic budgets, and eliminate expense reports. By integrating real-time tracking for every business transaction, Divvy provides organizations with instant insight into their spend. With Divvy, you can make informed cash flow decisions, curb losses before they happen, and never save a receipt again.

Scaling Operations

After leading Divvy's $35M Series B round in 2018, we partnered with Divvy by further investing in their growth, participating in their series C in 2019 and their $165M Series D round in 2021. Our Insight Onsite team of experts provided advice along their scale up journey:

- We assisted Divvy with their first PLG strategy to drive self-service growth.

- We partnered with the team to launch Divvy Premium and Bill Pay.

- We helped drive contribution margin by supporting a migration to an issuance infrastructure with a higher net revenue margin.

Acquisition by Bill.com

In 2021, Bill.com announced their intent to acquire Divvy.

“We are excited to be joining forces with Bill.com to help SMBs grow and thrive by modernizing and transforming their financial operations. At Divvy, our customers are our true north, and they always have been. As we listened to our customers, we heard them ask for a comprehensive payments platform so that they don’t have to use multiple software systems to manage their finances. Today I’m proud that Divvy is joining Bill.com to bring the one-stop-shop platform that our customers and the market have been asking for.”*

- Blake Murray, Co-Founder and CEO of Divvy
