Establishing a Strong U.S. Foundation
Insight Partners played a critical role in guiding DataSnipper through the setup of its U.S. office, helping to define an initial team structure that provided a strong operational foundation. Additionally, Insight introduced and interviewed multiple leadership candidates, ultimately placing the Head of U.S. Sales, who would go on to drive significant revenue growth for the company.
Optimizing Pricing and Customer Acquisition
To maximize revenue potential, Insight co-led a three-month comprehensive pricing and packaging redesign, leading to a 20–50% uplift in the average selling price (ASP). Additionally, Insight facilitated introductions to key U.S.-based prospects, including high-priority enterprise clients such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, BlackRock, and PNC.
