Expanding Through Strategic M&A


To enhance its offerings and maintain a competitive edge, Checkmarx leveraged Insight Partners’ M&A expertise to successfully acquire a fast-growing developer training tool. This acquisition expanded Checkmarx’s capabilities, enabling it to better address the needs of its developer community and drive additional value for enterprise customers.



Evolving to a Multi-Product Platform


With Insight’s support, Checkmarx conducted a comprehensive product strategy diagnostic and market validation process to transition from a single-product company to a multi-product platform. This transformation included the development and launch of four emerging products, positioning Checkmarx as a robust platform for secure software development.



Redefining Market Positioning and GTM Strategy


Insight facilitated a “Play Bigger” workshop to redefine Checkmarx’s market positioning as it evolved into a multi-product platform. To scale its GTM strategy globally, Insight supported Checkmarx in adding experienced leadership across North American and European sales teams. Additionally, the company formalized its customer success organization to ensure enterprise customers received robust support, driving long-term growth and satisfaction.
