Driving Digital Innovation in the Circular Economy

AMCS helps more than 4,000 customers globally to reduce their operating costs, increase asset utilization, optimize margins and improve customer service. Unifying Sales and Marketing for Predictability
As AMCS sought to scale its market presence, it recognized the need to unify its sales and marketing functions under a cohesive structure. Insight’s Onsite team guided AMCS through a restructuring process, creating a shared global CRO role to align messaging and streamline operations. This unified approach significantly improved operational predictability and strengthened customer communication.
Expanding Through Strategic Acquisitions
Since 2015, AMCS has executed 15 strategic acquisitions to expand its product offerings and market footprint. Insight provided critical support in integrating these businesses, enabling AMCS to enhance its solutions across recycling, payments, routing, health and safety, and maintenance. This strategy has significantly increased contributions from North America and expanded AMCS’s customer share-of-wallet.
Transitioning to a SaaS Model
To position itself for scalability and long-term growth, AMCS transitioned to a SaaS business model with Insight’s Onsite team’s guidance. The company centered its strategy on a core cloud-based product and developed a comprehensive program to migrate acquired legacy maintenance customers to its new SaaS platform. This transition has enabled AMCS to deliver greater value to its customers while preparing for future growth.
