The company currently offers a deal-a-day in local cities, which includes discounts from Korea's top retailers (restaurants, clothing stores, spas, etc.). Ticket Monster uses its platform and customer base as a strategic lead-generation tool for local businesses. The team of employees searches for and implements the purchase offers with local businesses and Ticket Monster advertises these deals to its member base.
