We welcome CEOs of our portfolio companies to join our ScaleUp Pledge.
- The topic of DE&I is broad and with limited resources, ScaleUp companies need to prioritize where to focus. Our CEO ScaleUp Pledge prioritizes three core tenets – reporting, recruiting, and retention as the foundation.
- We believe change begins at the executive level; we ask CEOs to pledge their commitment to using their influence to build inclusive teams. We're collectively committing to DE&I reporting and in return, organizations gain access to a community with curated partner offerings, resources, and discussions.
