Navigating the evolving cybersecurity landscape

As we head into RSA, cybersecurity leaders are focused on the evolving risks — and opportunities — shaped by the rapid advancement of AI.

The shift back to best-of-breed solutions is gaining momentum as aging cloud-native platforms struggle to keep pace with new attack surfaces created by large language models. “The pendulum will begin to swing back from ‘platform dominance,’” says Managing Director Thomas Krane, citing the rise in both the severity and frequency of breaches like Salt Typhoon.

Organizations are relying on a new class of specialists —“Blade Runners”— tasked with actively tracking and neutralizing autonomous, AI-driven threats. As Managing Director Matt Gatto explains, 2025 will be defined by cybersecurity teams adapting to an increasingly complex threat landscape in real time.
