WITH INSIGHT: Jon Fortt, American Journalist & Co-Anchor of CNBC’s Squawk Alley
Between beliefs and markets, imagination and data, you’ll find Insight. In our dynamic times, adaptation is constant because growth and status quo do not coexist.
It is WITH INSIGHT that your vision becomes clearer, learning becomes systematic, understanding is conceivable.
You’re invited to join our host, Insight Partners Managing Director Deven Parekh, for a series of keynote speakers as we gain insight from game changers, innovators and thought leaders in our world.
We, as global leaders, are grappling with unprecedented times. Between a global pandemic and political and racial division, the need to talk about human rights as it pertains to the world today has never been more important.
In this edition of WITH INSIGHT, we are proud to invite Jon Fortt, American Journalist & Co-Anchor of CNBC's Squawk Alley, to the table. As a journalist and lifelong learner, Jon Fortt turned the tragic death of George Floyd into a channel for empowerment through education.
As a parent who needed to grapple with having “The Talk” that many Black fathers and mothers need to have with their children, Jon channeled his career superpower – the ability to turn complex issues into something relatable and understandable – to create The Course, a program to help parents, teachers, mentors to prepare children on the Black experience in America. A curriculum that is relevant for all Americans.
Jon has interviewed Deven on CNBC Squawk Alley, where he is co-anchor, but in this WITH INSIGHT segment, the tables have been turned.
Jon’s personal experience in creating The Course, his vantage point over the DE&I efforts of the software and entrepreneurial ecosystem, and his point of view on race and opportunity in America will be discussed in this special MLK Day WITH INSIGHT fireside chat.
