IRVINE, CA — Resolve SystemsⓇ, the only enterprise-wide incident response and automation platform for security, IT and network operations today announced that it has been acquired by Insight Venture Partners (“Insight”), a leading global private equity and venture capital firm focused on high-growth in software, internet and data service companies. The terms of acquisition have not been disclosed. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Resolve Systems in connection with this transaction.
