I’m deeply passionate about well-being, international peace, and sustainability. Whether I’m building a non-profit organization focused on delivering sustainable well-being or transforming how business and IT stakeholders communicate requirements for complex business software, building collaborative and long-lasting relationships has always been my aim. 

I joined Insight Partners in 2014 as the Founder of Insight IGNITE and a Managing Director. It’s my greatest passion to help large global companies cross the digital chasm by delivering market insights from the firm’s investment process and global awareness of transformative software technologies essential to digital business growth.  

I’m an entrepreneur at heart, having co-founded iRise in 1998 with a vision to dramatically accelerate digital software through real-time collaboration and communication. iRise pioneered the market for “Collaborative Visualization” and accelerated the low-code/no-code movement, establishing more than 1,000 customers worldwide. 

My extensive experience in the entrepreneurial world allows me to bring a unique perspective to advise portfolio CEOs on sales, marketing, and business development growth strategies. I’m proud to serve on several boards within the Insight Partners portfolio, including Board Director appointments at Laminar, Pollinate, Devo, Tricentis and Resolve; Board Observer positions at A.Team, Transmit Security, Armis, Noname Security, Kpler and Anjuna; and Growth Advisor roles at Diligent and several others. 

On a personal level, I live in London and Somerset with my family and two Italian Spinone dogs. I take silent walks in the park or English countryside, travel, ski, drive racecars, and play the drums. I’m the Chairman and Co-Founder of The Contentment Foundation, a non-profit providing sustainable well-being curriculum to one billion teachers, children, families, and employers globally. I’m also a Strategic Advisor to Peace One Day, a Board Trustee at the Royal Society Southeast Asia Rain Forest Research Program (SEARRP), and a Resident Expert at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. I love motorsports and translate this passion into action as the Founder of UPSHIFT Ventures, a motorsports business, and Co-Owner of the Campos Racing team, which competes in the FIA Formula 2, FIA Formula 3, and FIA Formula 4 championships. 

In recognition of my work with large global companies on digital change and my non-profit commitment to the Contentment Foundation, the Lord Mayor of the City of London bestowed upon me the Freedom of the City of London honor, for which I’m deeply humbled and grateful.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a massive personal ecosystem and nurtured relationships with thousands of C-level executives at global companies and entrepreneurs worldwide. While running technology at LEGO, a friend dropped my name in the hat as a potential name for the lead character in the first LEGO movie, and the rest was history.
